My computer is 4+ years old and have never encountered this problem but here it goes. When I startup my laptop a screen pops up and is titled HP QuickLook. It states 'Error: No user information found. Cannot continue' in multiple languages. The only other items on the screen are the date and time, a drop down menu for English and keyboard, and rotate screen button. It won't let me continue and resets whenever i try to exit.

• Click the button on the Utility Software & you click on the Scanner Driver option (TWAIN) button. Read the message in the window that has appeared and clicks 'Next' button. • Follow the instructions on the computer desktop screen. Sharp ar 5516 printer driver for windows 10.

I have looked on other help forums for similar issues but they all require menus or buttons that are not on the screen. Windows 8 64-bit iso.
